This system is mainly composed of MC-DC-6 integrated crack monitoring station and MC-DA-2 integrated wireless acoustic and optical alarm machine. The crack monitoring station is for real-time data acquisition of crack change and acceleration, while acoustic and optical alarm is for display of early warning in both acoustic and optical for. Display can be presented in different expressions to show different levels of early warning. Those two can also achieve real-time monitoring and early warning through remote cloud platform linkage or Lora on-site linkage.

MC-DA-2 wireless acoustic and optical alarm machine adopts an integrated design, which integrates three-color light control module, voice synthesis module, communication module （Full netcom/Lora）, power source system and monitoring protection railing. Under early warning state, it can present three different colors light reminders and three kinds of synthesis voice reminders according to different warning levels. It can realize single-point linkage and multi-point linkage with the crack monitoring station.
